"Friendly people! I like that the localtion is not in a hotel zone but rather in a nice neighborhood with eating options. One negative was that the WIFI signal did not really reach our room upstairs. Also be advised, no coffee on premise. - we found a nice cafe nearby though! "

"We only stayed at the Mansion Giahn for one night, but Joseph and his staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The place itself is very unique in the architecture and I thought it was very pretty. It is located somewhat off the beaten path, so there aren't many food options around. However, Eduardo took my husband to a local taco stand to get us dinner, which was very gracious of him. It's not the Ritz, but it's not meant to be either. Still had a good stay!"

"The place is nice, you have to stay more than 1-2 days to get the magic of the place!! The chef is great and the food is ok. I wish there were option to more meals during the day, because the hotel is very far from any restaurant or a kiosk. It's pretty annoying that there are boxes for tips in any corner you go. "Liz was fantastic. She checked us in at the front desk and greeted us in a very welcoming way. Alex handled our bags and was super nice ! I was comfortbale leaving my bags without a worry. I also had an issue with my bag. And Alex did not stop until it was found. I am very Satisfied with the staff's performance.. I found this resort perfect Because not only does it have a party vibe but you can find many spots where you can just sit back and relax. Max, that works at the Italian restaurant and the Japanese restaurant was the best waiter in the whole resort to me. I witnessed him treat everyone like family and his service was up to par. Lastly, syl Sylvia, the housekeeping lady was fantastic and I had to leave her with a review. Many people are curious about cleanliness of the rooms , because of staff like her, your room Will always feel brand new, fresh, and clean. I will definitely be returning because of these 4 staff members who stood out to me the most, although everyone else was great as well. Thank you, RIU palace Peninsula for a phenomenal vacation with my family at your resort . "
