"Pros: No bugs, waffles for breakfast, A/C worked well, responsive staff Cons: Property had no elevator, ice maker on 2nd floor was broken, everything was very old and worn out, bathroom had no venting and yellow stuff growing on ceiling (staff did clean off ceiling once I asked about it). Slightly funky smells in room. My coffee cup literally disintegrated as I was eating breakfast and the coffee spilled out of the bottom. Not sure how this place had such high reviews on expedia, if your only priority is a cheap bug-free hotel this is for you. If you want anything else from your stay don't expect it from this spot until a big renovation."

"Perfect stop on the way back from Orlando to North Carolina. Room was very clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable easy parking great staff and nice breakfast! We’ll definitely stay here again."

"The rest room is terrible as the door inside already damaged and hard to close properly. Oh god the coffee machine and the side table of beds are so dirty and felt very bad to use them. The staffs are amazing. "

"What can you say about a $60 a night stay? The tv turned on, shower worked, surprisingly had both a microwave and a fridge that our $230 a night hotel in a Disney resort did not. Sheets were clean and no carpet. Perfect stop and rest point from upstate NY traveling 95 to Orlando. Would definitely stay here again if we make the trip to FL again. "
