"We had a wonderful stay at Iris Hotel Cape Cod. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to downtown Falmouth. One of the best parts was the free breakfast — we didn’t expect it, so it was a nice surprise! The indoor pool was also a big plus, especially when the weather wasn’t perfect. Overall, the staff was friendly, the room was nice, and everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This is an amazing property. It is my second stay there… The staff are just lovely. The room was very quiet and had everything we needed. They do provide beach towels and beach chairs complementary should you need them. They do not have a place to store your luggage. Should you arrive early or depart late. "First time staying and it was quiet and clean. The pool was always clean. The only thing I did not like was that the lock for inside the room was at a toddler level so they could easily open it and get out. But overall will definitely be returning! "
