"Was due to stay here last week, but due to a very unexpected death in the family, on the day we were due to stay, we were obviously unable to make it. Rang to explain the situation to change the date of stay to another month, got asked to sign up a members club? Went online to webchat, was told first yes I can move the date for free, then told minutes later I had to pay £150, which was more money than rebooking! Not helpful at all in situations like this. "
