"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...

"No dryer Rusty pots and pans No hair dryer Oven so dirty you could not use it smoked so bad. Poor heat had to wear winter coats first evening. Second evening the heat quit. Host had to come and reset the boiler. Host did not respond to request for confirmation the day before reservation. Day of reservation we drive to Belfast not knowing if we had accommodations. "Pleasant stay near to the facilities of Armagh city. Easy to walk to the city facilities. Travelled for a car show at the Palace; didn't use the hot tub but looked nice. Everything was clean and comfortable, property was quiet. Two parking spaces, one out the back. Next door neighbour was a lovely guy. Small issue with electric meter beeping was sorted out with Patrick quickly. Enjoyed it."
