"Catherine was the perfect host. Met us upon arrival to show us the apartment and provide keys. Easy to communicate with. The apartment is even better in person! Spacious bedroom and living room. Both the bed and the sleeper sofa are comfortable for the entire week stay. We enjoyed meals on the balcony to take in the view both day and night. Seeing the Eiffel Tower lit up at night is amazing! Convenient to local grocery and cafes. Quick walk to the Arc de Triomphe and metro. Highly recommend!"

"The location and check in process were great. The metro was only a few minutes walk away and made travelling around Paris city for the first time a breeze. Lots of lovely restaurants, grocery shops and a park within a 10 minute walk away. The only down side was off fruit and open cans of animal food in the fridge, and cat hair/smell around the home. Other then that, a nice location for a couple or group of 3 if you don’t want to be in the hustle of the city."

"This is a small fifth floor apartment with two bedrooms (or a bedroom and living/dining area), two beds (one drops down from the wall), a full bath and a half bath (shower and sink), and clean kitchen with new appliances. It was an easy two-stop ride on the Metro to Gare Saint-Lazare. The host was very friendly and responsive. Short walk to the Bois-Colombes station and shops. We enjoyed our visit!"

"For the price, it’s a really good base camp to explore Paris from. The L line train station is basically outside the front door and it’s only a 10 min walk too the 13 line. Not super close to any of the “primary” tourist destinations, but they’re all very accessible. We had a couple small plumbing issues while we were there, but the host was quick to respond to and solve the issues. Don’t go in expecting a giant luxury apartment. "Not as advertised, no communication from management, horrible experience. Electrical issues, stairs a safety hazard and illegal. Our guest could not stay because the stairs were not manageable, the place is generally dirty, the appliances are unusable, plus we have had this incessant back and forth with emails that accomplish nothing. Failed to provide a resolution so we can find another space."

"We visited Paris for the Olympics with the family, there was 8 of us. We stayed at this property for 3 weeks. The property is in an ideal location, very safe and beautiful area. The house was just as the pictures, or even better, with an amazing terrace in the back with views of the Eiffel Tower at a distance. Serge, the property manager with excellent to work with. He was very responsive and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again! "

"We stayed here with a large, multi-age group. Overall, our stay was positive. Communication with the host was good. check-in process was easy. I appreciated that we were able to check in early as our flight arrived early from the US. However, there were a few things that could be improved. First, there was only 1 key. You need a key fob to enter the courtyard and the building and key to enter the apartment. These instructions were not clear. I only knew to use the key fob to open the gate...
