In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. "Notre séjour de 13 jours a été vraiment top. le logement et le batiment sont vraiment excellent. Notre grosse déception a été qu'il n'y a pas de femmes de ménage en dessous de 15 nuits de réservation. donc à 13 nuits, il faut se laver soit même ses draps et serviettes. pour le reste, il y a un aspirateur. "No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"

Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. "This hotel is such a little gem ... Our room was comfortable , with a nice mountain view.. Everything was spotless . The owners were friendly and so efficient considering how busy this hotel is . They really make you feel at home . As for the food , they certainly use the local products for breakfast and have some specialities of the region on their menu which is nice . We will definitely come back !"
