"The bedding and towels were so bleached it burned my sinuses. And the towels were still stained dirty"

"Staff was helpful and kind. Room was not very clean. Dirt, trash, and other items found behind bedside table and television when plugging in phone chargers. Housekeeping staff smelled heavily of weed. Hallways and elevator had very strong odor of weed and cigarette smoke. Would not recommend staying here. "

"Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. The parking lot and other “guests” of the hotel were suspicious, however. One “guest” was looking through windows of cars in the parking lot. Another “guest” was walking through the parking lot with little to no clothing on, and could not walk straight. These are just examples of a couple of people. We will not be staying at this location again. The staff were really kind in refunding our money. "

"I was SO HAPPY to find this diamond in the rough!! We have never been in the Denton area and my Grandaughter had a dance convention at the Embassy Suites. This home was about 7 minutes away and a straight shot down Panhandle. (The street). The home was beautiful, clean (huge plus), spacious bedrooms, quite cozy. It was easy access to all of our needs. Target, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Natural Grocers, Chipotle, McDonalds. My only regret is I didn’t get to meet and show some love to Titus, their furbaby. "Pros: It was a really cute 2 bedroom that served our needs well. I contacted the owner about a later check out prior to booking and they were very accomodating. Great use of space, lots of hot water and has mostly what you need. The actual location is absolutely perfect for Denton. Lots of great shops, food and entertainment close and walking distance. Cons: When I arrived it was warmer than expected and took a few hours to cool off the whole apartment, but there were multiple fans available to help. One of the bedroom beds has a dip in the middle of it. Thankfully, we were able to still sleep comfortably, but something that should be replaced. Harvest House is right next door, so if there's a band playing, could be until midnight or so until they stop. Also, the train runs relatively close and horn sounds each time, so if you're sleeping at 1am, it could wake you up. Nothing really huge as far as issues, but something to be considered. "
