"This hotel is in easy walking distance from Roma Termini. Rooms are small but cosy. Excellent washrooms and brunch. Staff very accommodating, packed us an early breakfast for our flight back."

"Breakfast was great. Unfortunately both taxis they ordered for us after we clarifed where we were going they took us to the wrong destinations. Not sure who made the errors. Would stay there again location was great. We had to ask them for our VIP access discount. We also never were offered a room upgrade...they were not forthcoming with the information about these"

"Great check-in experience where staff provided lots of info on the neighborhood and back door trait tips. Room was very clean and cozy. The location is only 5 minutes from termini and the metro was so easy to use. The only negative was the occasional ruckus in the street, not unexpected so close to the train station. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"Worst experience ever. Two pairs of my Gucci footwear brand new black heels and brown shoes — were stolen from my room. The hotel showed no accountability and failed to help. When I asked to check CCTV, they refused and told me to get a police report first. The police station was closed and we had a flight the next day, so it wasn’t possible. Very disappointing and stressful. Would not recommend."

"The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. The room was attractive but somewhat small. I loved having a tub in the bathroom however the shower setup caused issue with keeping the floor dry. The free coffee was nice but there was no cream provided. There was no open space in the hotel lobby to sit with your outside food/drinks. Every table belonged to the bar/restaurant. If I wanted something different that the restaurant didn't provide I had yo eat it in my small room."
