"We visited Rome, Venice, Milano, and Lake Como. This hotel was the highlight of our hotels we stayed. The facility is modern, well-kept, clean, with great soap and shampoo, etc. But you must check out their rooftop restaurant!!! The chef is outstanding. They have good meals, including breakfast buffet and lunch. It is in a secure location, with easy access to taxi, and the Roma Termini Station. They have a spa we had no time to try but would do so next time!"

"Location is not ideal, quite a distance to restaurants/coffee shops; sandwiched between two VERY busy thoroughfares and as such it’s extremely loud at all hours. Hotel not at all as presented online, it’s very dated, especially bathrooms (moldy tiles in the tiny tub/shower): the decor is a tacky mess with neon lights, faux flowers adorning plaster statues, and terrible wallpaper throughout. We were so disappointed. All made worse by a dismissive front desk team who were the opposite of welcoming, was told there’s a €10 charge for ice to chill the complimentary bottle provided as part of our Expedia booking. Will not be returning or recommending."

"Do not trust the reviews 5 star reviews. Only a handful of rooms and it’s very old. Only staff we saw the entire time we had called to do a repair. Self check in, zero staff, one old elevator that only works if last person using closed forts right (found this out and had to walk up 5th floor). The building they show isn’t just the hotel and they have maybe 6 rooms in back of building on 5th floor. They’ve done some updates but at best a 2.5-3 star. Had issues with toilet when we got there and they were prompt to come work on it but he had no idea what he was doing. It sounded like an alarm going off for several minutes after flushing. He came and flushed 6 times said nothing wrong and then it did it as he was going to leave. He fixed the loud buzzing (seriously loud and felt bad for other guests). Then the reservoir was loud filling and would run loud like a faucet. I told him it was loud and he closed the bathroom door and was like there that’s better. He left and later the water dripped into the toilet reservoir like torture all night long. I took and sent several long videos from in the middle of the night. I slept an hour maybe two at most. We booked for 3 nights and checked out after one horrible night. Of course no staff around and check out is leave your keys on desk. Paid for 3 nights checked out not dealing with the plumbing issues they have (they say everything works fine even with the videos we sent). Stay away and being so close to station it’s extra dirty"
