When we booked our stay orbits. We expected to be a hotel with some semblance of service. It was more like an Airbnb, which if we were gonna do that, we would’ve booked that through Airbnb. We did it with orbit because we trust and I’ve had great experience through the year staying at the hotels there was no service. There was no concierge there was we were told there was 24 hour service couldn’t get a hold of anybody very poor communication being in a foreign country. We expected to have a situation where there’s a concierge. The room was excellent super clean beautifully done absolutely no complaints there. The complaint I do have is though we were giving four keys which for first office is confusing. It took that many keys to get into our room. If I knew that upfront, I would not have booked this day when I booked with Melody suites and they had good Reviews. We felt very confident that we would receive the help that we needed. When we tried to book a cab we could not do it because the language barrier. So we called the concierge. They said they couldn’t do it. That was after two or three hours after I messaged them. Unfortunately what makes the whole situation unfortunate. It was when we checked out my wife left her cell phone in the room, which was certainly our fault. But we had to leave the key and lock all the doors to get out and there was no way to get out luckily for us. There were other people in the building. el alojamiento está limpio pero es ruidoso y muy estricto no está nunca allí por lo que si necesitas algo o se te olvidan las llaves dentro te quedas en la calle aparte el último día pedimos dejar ñ las maletas con pues te echa a las 10 de la mañana y nos dijo que maximo media hora para desayunar y luego a la calle. no lo recomendaría

Great, well maintained place, close to everything.

Stefano was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. The room itself was cozy and minutes from everything. I would have loved the room to have an iron box. But overall, Stefano went over and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

Una positiva esperienza

Normalmente sono cliente di grandi catene alberghiere e viaggio in Italia ed in Europa per ragioni di lavoro. Raramente ero stato accolto in una struttura di questo tipo che ha rappresentato una positiva esperienza di accoglienza. La qualità della camera è veramente eccellente, in particolare il bagno non aveva nulla da invidiare a quello di quattro stelle superior. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stato assolutamente competitivo. Un'esperienza da ripetere nel futuro.

Wunderschönes B&B im zentraler Lage

Wir haben im August 2017 einen Italientrip nach Rom und Venedig gemacht. In Rom haben wir in diesem wunderschönen, modernen und äußerst sauberen B&B übernachtet. Zuerst einmal muss man sagen, das der Gastegeber Setfano äußerst zuvorkommend war. Nach einem durch ihn organisierten Transport vom Flughafen Fulmicino wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns wurden alle Raffinessen des wirklich schönen Zimmers gezeigt. Nachdem wir alle Formalitäten erledigt hatten, hat er uns noch einige kurze Instruktionen gegeben, wo wir am Abend etwas Essen gehen können. Nach einer sehr erholsamen Nacht, trotz Temperaturen um die 30 °C, ging es am nächsten Morgen zum Frühstück in ein Cafè um die Ecke. Hierfür gibt es von der Unterkunft Gutscheine, die ein Italienisches Frühstück beinhalten. Dazu muss man noch kurz sagen, dass bedeutet ein Croissant nach Wahl, ein Heißgetränk und einen Orangensaft. Ist für einen Deutschen erst einmal ein wenig befremdlich, aber man kommt damit gut über die Runden;) Als wir zurück in die Unterkunft kamen, hatte der Room-Service schon die Zimmer gereinigt und die Betten neu bezogen. Stefano erklärte uns anhand eines Stadtplans wie man am besten und am schnellsten alle interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sehen bekommt. Zudem empfahl er uns noch einige Secret-Places, die sehr schön und nicht so überlaufen von Touristen sind. Die nächsten zwei Tage waren wir sehr viel zu Fuß unterwegs und haben Dank Stefano sehr viel zu sehen bekommen. 1A Unterkunft:)

Tolles kleines Hotelzimmer mitten in der Stadt

Super ausgestattetes Hotelzimmer mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank Bidet... Alles sehr sauber und neu . Sehr freundlicher Empfang und immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen. Frühstück extern aber quasi um die Ecke und im Zimmer Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee etc. Das Hotel liegt zentral und wir könnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß ablaufen. Kollosseum, Vatikan, Trevibrunnen, Spanische Treppe etc. Jederzeit wieder.

READ THE FINE PRINT

READ THE "FINE PRINT" My 3 star review has nothing to do with the quality of this room. Everything about the room, cleanliness, location, safety, and the owner is 5 star. However they will not budge on there check in window. Due to a flight change prior to arriving in Rome, we arrived later at 7:30PM, 30 minutes after our check in window ended. The Fine print clearly states this so I'm not complaining, more just informing. That being said, if I would have looked more closely I wouldn't have booked this hotel on our first night due to the unforeseen changes and delays that come with traveling. So had to book another hotel for a night and then check in with Melody so I wouldn't loose all my money. Again, recommend the place but not if you will be arriving anytime that could put you near or outside of the checkin window.

El mejor B&B en Roma

Very stylish and comfortable room

The Melody Suite was an ideal place to stay in Rome. A 15 minute walk to the centre but in a quieter area of the city. (buses also run into the centre from the street outside the building) There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.The room was of a high quality and was spotlessly clean, it had a large shower, comfy bed with lovely bed-linen and excellent air conditioning. Stefano was a great host and even managed to arrange for us to arrive late at night as our flight had been badly delayed. We loved the breakfast in the friendly local cafe opposite. We would certainly stay here again.

not a fancy hotel - better than that -

Not a fancy hotel - but better than that - you have an owner ( Stefano) that welcomes and treats you like family. Although not in the heart of the city the Melody Suite is well positioned for easy walking access to the termini station and the main attractions in Rome. Would I stay here again - yes .

Fabuloso

Sabe aquele lugar de tão aconchegante e acolhedor te faz parecer estar em casa? Foi assim que nos sentimos . Um ambiente familiar , extremamente limpo e com decoração linda . Tudo muito bem cuidado pelo Sr Stefano e sua família que fazem desse lugar sua segunda casa . Fomos recebidos não como hóspedes mas como amigos. Numa mistura de italiano , espanhol , inglês e até mesmo português ele fez de tudo para que compreendêssemos cada palavra dita e com isso nos deu detalhes dos melhores lugares, como se locomover , lugares a serem evitados ... Fazia questão de tirar cada dúvida nossa . Que pessoa formidável ! O hotel fica bem localizado sem estar no centro do tumulto do Termini porém próximo ao mesmo e a diversos pontos turísticos . O café da manhã é bem saboroso servido numa lanchonete em frente ao hotel pelo próprio dono do estabelecimento ; uma pessoa extremamente simpática e sorridente . Não tenho dúvidas que me hospedarei nesse mesmo lugar caso volte a Roma. Excepcional !

Super fint værelse og en rigtig venlig og hjælpsom vært/ejer. Eneste lille "minus" var morgenmaden, som er inkluderet i prisen. Den består af en voucher til en nærliggende café, hvor du får en croissant, en kop kaffe og et glas juice. Kvaliteten er udmærket, men mængden er ikke rigtig nok til voksne mennesker :)
