"For: Genuine and friendly welcome. Room small but had everything needed - including a small fridge which is unusual and very welcome. Was clean and well stocked and serviced daily. "Good choice for a guest house. Close to train station, 10 minute walk to centre of town, 20 minute walk to beach. All similar properties seem to be on edge of town, big hotels by seafront."

"Brilliant little place to stay, good for just coming and going when you need without the hassle of keys. Parking was ok outside on the road. Very clean and tidy, just no hot water in the sink tap which was weird as you cant wash unless having a shower but overall great place to stay for a cheap short stay."
