As a result, we were forced to arrange and pay for a taxi to the airport ourselves. During check-in, after learning about the shuttle limitations, we requested to proceed with checking into our room. The receptionist stated that she would be happy to assist us, but because we booked through a third-party service, she needed to help the guest behind us first. While she was checking in those guests, additional guests arrived and were also assisted ahead of us. It made us feel greatly undervalued. "
