The beach was breathtaking, with soft, powdery sand and crystal-clear water. There was no shortage of activities to enjoy, from swimming and snorkeling to kayaking and games. The entertainment was truly outstanding, led by an energetic and engaging team. A special shoutout to Diego (our personal favorite) whose charisma, energy, and friendliness made our experience even more fun and memorable! The food and drink options were plentiful and delicious, with excellent service at every bar and restaurant. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. We absolutely loved our time at Allegro Cozumel and can't wait to return! "

"Everybody was super nice. The beds are hard. But I didn’t go to sleep. The ad said there was one excursion included per day but that was not true. We did one of the two that were offered that was $100 per person that was great. There was a sheet that had multiple excursions but I was told they weren’t available. That they only had two. They are doing lots of work on the place. The food was great. The snorkeling outside of El Cozumeleno was amazing. The drinks weren’t fancy but they were tasty. You could do the menu at all meals or buffet it. But for dinner, make the reservations. "

"Secrets Aura Cozumel was the perfect romantic escape. The Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean Front Plunge Pool King was absolutely worth it—waking up to panoramic ocean views and having our own private plunge pool just steps from the beach was unreal. The romantic dinner on the pier was the highlight of the trip—beautifully set, incredibly peaceful, and the service was flawless. Throughout the entire resort, the staff was consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, adults-only getaway with unforgettable moments."

The restaurants and bars with the all inclusive option were great with many fresh wonderful tasting options for us to choose from. I honestly didn’t have any issues at all except that our stay should have been a little longer. "
