"My only suggestion would be to increase the wifi signal, we were in room 320 and the signal wasn’t good enough to stream or load pages without long delays if at all. Everything else was stellar!"

"Excellent service rapide efficace. Hôtel agréable pour visiter Cozumel. Très bien situé. Stationnement privé à 150 mètre à 10$ par jour. Piscine et vu agréable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 2 nuits. Je voyageais avec mon conjoint et ma fille de 3 ans."

"From the insta-worthy rooftop pool, to the gorgeous ocean views from our room and chef’s incredible breakfast options, this place was breathtaking! Even with the temporary renovations underway. This trip we bounced around multiple cities but the snorkeling was by far the best at this hotel. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area."

"The hotel is dated but comfortable! The ocean view and swimming pool wqs Amazing. Staff is exceptional. Roger at the snacks and Joel at beverages went above and beyond. The breakfast and lunch is good. Dinner wasn’t anything to write home about"

"Todo estuvo bien mis 10 días fueron fabulosos tuvimos suerte en día que nos venimos ese decía por una fan tormenta durante la noche al siguiente día hubo mucho sargazo, los animadores le hachan muchas ganas, solo cuando hacen el show para los peques es demasiado infantil, mi mejor día fue cuando hubo bingo, lotería, otro detalle a que la música durante el día en las albercas principales son en inglés y eso que yo conozco y domino el inglés pero, como mexicanos queríamos escuchar más música latina ya que el 80 % de los huéspedes puedo asegurar si no es que hasta el 90% eran hispanos e incluso hasta los americano disfrutan de la música mexicana y así como degustar mucha comida medican local del lugar ojo en eso pero en general fue en a estancia placentera que volvería a repetir."

"Another up-beat Mexican resort trying to cater to everyone. Staff here is excellent as it is in most places in Cozumel. The ownership is central to one family, which makes a difference in their job satisfaction. I think others had mentioned maybe making the Explorean an adults-only resort. I would agree Fiesta Americana would be the great place for kids."

"The rooms and hotel facilities are outdated and offer limited amenities. The breakfast buffet is excessively hot, lacking air conditioning or proper ventilation. There is often a shortage of staff, and food items are frequently unavailable or served briefly. The beach is not very suitable for swimming; I anticipated a better experience based on the images displayed on the website."
