Fiesta Americana Cozumel All Inclusive

"When traveling with children make sure you are paying for all of them ahead of time. Make sure you have receipts and screenshots of your entire transaction because this became a big issue upon arrival. So just make sure that Expedia isn’t giving you false advertisements. Otherwise it’s a cozy hotel not that big. It does not have a waterpark. It has the main pool and then a very small pool once you cross the street by where the ocean is I would say diving into the ocean isn’t really very smaller children it’s more for teens, younger adults than anyone who loves to swim. The view is beautiful plenty of seating area, considering as a smaller hotel but definitely all seats to get filled up. Our favorite restaurant was the Mexican restaurant or least favorite was the Asian and the outdoor buffet. Not that breakfast was very delicious. You have to try the homemade gorditas and café de olla. Servers at the restaurants at the indoor ones are very helpful. Very nice. I would say a service outside in the buffet area where they have a show is very slow along with the front desk. I don’t feel that to do very useful we had to go back-and-forth with them regarding the category of room that we paid for to get it. Overall, if it wasn’t for those little bad encounters, I would have given it a five but if Food is something you’re looking for remember you’re in an island. And not all but most will be good"

"The tropical jungle vibe was on point! The entire resort is surrounded by jungle, which makes for a very nature filled stay. There are animals everywhere, which I found charming, some might not like it. The staff do an excellent job minimizing the animal impact on your stay, ie cleaning up food very fast. Speaking of the staff! They are excellent! Every interaction was pleasant, and they went out of there way to help you. That alone would guarantee i would come back, but the food was crazy good! The restaurant themes are fun and feel like a night out. The bar at Las 2 Maria's is particularly fun, great bar stools. After eating, the pool was our favorite place to hang, the pool bar being perfectly situated to just drift by and grab a drink. The beach was beautiful! Very well cared for. We spent lots of time at the Dresslers dive shop. I have nothing but good things to say about the dive shop and staff. Very professional, great rental gear, all Scubapro. It was all very seamless and easy. My son was able to get certified in 2 days, then we spent the rest of trip diving together, best trip ever!"
