"The apartment was beautiful!! Clean, decorated lovely and functional. The bathrobes provided were an extra nice. The location was just perfect. We went to breakfast about a quarter of a mile away. Quiet, tucked away by the Holyrood house gardens, it was the perfect place to stay."

"It served our needs. We got a good nights rest and the beds were very comfortable. Wish there was better parking but we made do. Signage was hard to locate as the sign was in green and writing in gold and hard to see. Maybe sign needed to be bigger or backlit too. We will be staying here again in a week so now we will know where it is! "

"This was the most awesome place. My family loved it. We had been on vacation for 11 days at this point and stayed in many different locations and we all stated to one another we would have just stayed at this location the whole time. It's perfect. It was spacious, clean, had books, board games, an additional "sun room" with dining table. Two large beds, smaller table to eat at as well. I highly recommend. "

"Great location for exploring Edinburgh, city centre is easily walkable. Arrived late due to transport issues and host was very accommodating. Room was downstairs so no windows, but was clean and a nice place to stay in. Private bathroom wasn’t en suite which wasn’t an issue, but I feel like this could have been made clearer when booking. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and the bar was good too.
