"The room itself was pleasant, clean and acceptable. However there was no staff to greet me or take payment. An email message was sent and I requested how the payment was made, this was to no reply. The following morning (early) I was knocked up and payment was requested, I was more than happy to make payment however I was called out of my room and into the main communal hallway where I was stood in my sleep wear and feeling vulnerable, all whoosh a non English soaking staff member was trying to communicate via text with the manager for a payment link to be sent to me via email. I requested for the manager to come and speak to me, the staff member put the manager in loud speaker! All of this took place whilst I stood in my sleep wear and felling exposed whilst in the hallway of the hotel. This could of been better manager"

"Room was immaculate, Staff very helpful and always available. Breakfast was amazing with good quality products and presentation. The bar is small but fits well into the environment. Bar staff willing to provide requests such as cocktails not on the bar list. 😁"
