"Air and heat was fine. Clean enough. Old and shabby all around and odor reflected that. No coffee at breakfast the first morning. Staff was okay. Our clothes bar fell off the wall and no one ever came to try to fix it so it was very inconvenient. No luggage rack either. We will not stay there again and its a shame because it was located where we needed to be."

"The shower was cold, only after running it for 25 minutes did it turn warm. AC made a weird noise all night long. Water pressure seemed to explode out of the facet, drenched my arm when first turned on. Felt more like a quality inn rather than holiday inn."

"The AC did great and the full sized fridge was handy. The bathroom was not clean there was what appeared to be a blood stain on the bathroom floor even. Bed slept wonderful. Def look into baggage carts the one laundry cart for everyone was inconvenient"

"The staff was very nice, but the room was awful. It had a really bad smell and the toilet kept running. When I went and took the top off the tank to try to stop the water from running, I saw a row of some kind of insect cocoons running along the back of the tank. Yuck."

"Linens stained, perhaps soiled (mainly top covers). Place is showing some wear. Sheets a bit rough, but probably provide some exfoliation. Not much available for breakfast, but you are in luck if an oatmeal packet and an apple would do. Parking convenient. Not a place for lite sleepers, overlooks the highway and quite close. Mattress acceptable. Also, if a sign is on the desk saying, “Assisting another guest, back in 10, call —- in an emergency”, call immediately. After a 15 minute wait, called and they were in a back room. Would not stay here again, unless in a crunch. "

" I have been staying at this hotel off and on for a year due to traveling for work. The staff has been consistently the same friendly faces. I also know that they had construction going on over the past few months so I see there are a lot of reviews that seemed unfair to me. The outside is just recently done it looks very nice. I'm not a huge breakfast person but there was options for breakfast each time I was there. Me personally I just wanted some apple juice or coffee. If I find myself in a pinch in Independence Missouri I know the place I will be staying is at quality inn & suites on Noland road. Thank you so much for accommodating all my needs"
