"Not a clean place poop smeared on bathroom door had a two night stay checked out after first night tv kept pausing a/c kept turning off and on the staff was nice but hotel in terrible condition recommend starting somewhere else"

" I have been staying at this hotel off and on for a year due to traveling for work. The staff has been consistently the same friendly faces. I also know that they had construction going on over the past few months so I see there are a lot of reviews that seemed unfair to me. The outside is just recently done it looks very nice. I'm not a huge breakfast person but there was options for breakfast each time I was there. Me personally I just wanted some apple juice or coffee. If I find myself in a pinch in Independence Missouri I know the place I will be staying is at quality inn & suites on Noland road. Thank you so much for accommodating all my needs"
