"It was a good clean room. Staff was helpful because I missed my check in date due to a traveling issue. Only thing was noise and the access of my room to the public. People pulling on the door handle all day. Doesnt feel private so definitely consider that. People knocking on the door all morning and knocking on the bathroom windows while I was in there showering. That was the only downside."

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Thiên Thanh at the front desk. She is one of the friendliest and most professional hotel staff members we have ever met. Her positive attitude, genuine kindness, and willingness to help made every interaction a pleasure. Whether we needed directions, local recommendations, or assistance with transportation, she always took the time to help with a smile. It’s employees like Thiên Thanh who transform a good hotel into a truly memorable one. Her dedication to making guests feel welcome deserves special recognition.
