"Staff was friendly and the room was clean but the whole place was very run down with paint peeling in the rooms and a very strong sulfur smell coming from the water. Outside was also run down with a couple of derelict cars in the parking area and a pool with no water in it"

"The check-in process was amazing. Tatum was so sweet and welcoming! The overnight front desk agent, Maranda, was absolutely incredible: so sweet and full of energy all the time. I asked for extra towels and a toothbrush, and she personally brought them up so I wouldn’t have to come down. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel completely cared for during my stay. 10/10 "
