"Terrible experience at Hyatt Grand Central. The room was extremely dusty and not properly cleaned. We found hair in the shower, sink, on the floor, and even on the bed sheets. I went to the front desk to report the issue, and I was told that someone would come to clean the room, but no one ever showed up and nothing was done. It was very disappointing, especially for a hotel of this caliber. The room, and particularly the bathroom, is in desperate need of renovation. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the property were unacceptable. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again."
