"The check-in process was confusing as I didn’t know I had to go to the Holiday Inn. Maybe that’s on me as the information could’ve been in an email. However, James at the Holiday Inn got me checked in quickly and was very kind in the process. The apartment suited our needs and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I can recommend is a fresh coat of paint and some other minor decor changes to spruce the place up a bit. "

"Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were in apartment 4 on the second floor, no views but we knew that when we booked, right on the seafront. If we are that way again would definitely stay again."

"Property manager forgot to send code for key safe. Managed to get it indirectly by email but no easy contact was forthcoming thereafter. Street door lock cheap and worn. Next door to lobby broken and taped up. Lobby not been cleaned for weeks. Cheap lock on door to apartment. Security practically non existent. "Great central location albeit a little hard to find from the street. Flat is in need of redecoration and a proper clean. Dust all over, clumps of hair on the floor, the hardwood flooring has seen better days and is coming up in places. Be warned, lots of steps to get to property with no lighting. "

"Hi We could’nt even access the property, they gave me access code which never worked and no key pads for the codes given. Doors full of spider webs, you could see they haven’t been used in a while..We tried calling them they didn’t answer they phones. I had 4 Kids with me and had travelled 2hrs to get there and noone cared.. our weekend was ruined as we had to drive back home.. also tried calling hotels.com and again poor reception and the lady i spoke to did really understand English The...
