"The inside of the apartment was decorated, and "homey". It had all the appliances/cookware that you would need for a short stay. There is a nice area about a 15-minute walk from the apartment on W 46th St for food, coffee, groceries, and to walk around. Our host was very friendly and always replied very quickly to any questions that we had. The immediate area around the apartment is not the nicest, and you do have to pay to use the washer/dryer in the apartment complex."

"Our stay was just okay. The area is very noisy, not a restful night for any of us. There is heavy traffic and road noise along with “neighbors” being unnecessarily loud/arguing during the night. It was a challenge to find accommodations that met our travel needs, and this unit was the best choice. It does have all of the necessary “comforts of home” and we appreciated the secure parking. "

"I cannot recommend this property. We reserved this studio for one month and arrived in the evening. An envelope with the studio number was on the counter and we thought it was a typical “welcome letter”. We opened it and found a notice to the host, Braden Scriven, to “vacate for nonpayment of rent, utilities, or other sums” effective 2 days after our arrival.
