"This was such an amazing location and beautiful experience. The place is super old which adds an immense character but at the same time there is a quirkiness and rustic quality that can be expected. The on-site food was beautiful although a touch on the expensive side (especially for children). It should be noted though that unfortunately the pool is only seasonal and wasn't available which was a surprise to us as it was a prominent feature in the listing. The mattresses were not the most comfortable."

"Staffs/ receptionist are all great. They speak English w/c is rare in this part of town. They are very helpful especially Antonetta & Miguellena. Buffet breakfast, they have laundry area, bar and restaurant. Rooms are decent and clean. There is an old church at the back, but it was closed when we went there. "

The room is lovely and light with big shutters out to a nice view. Big comfy bed and lovely farmhouse furniture. The grounds are great and the pool looked amazing. "Did not use pool. Too chilly. Laundry was great!! Loved the quaint village of Montisi. Views from villa were stunning. Adi gave great service. Had to have hot water looked at and he offered to pick us up in Chuisi from train station!!1 thing was lots of cob webs and killed several big spiders and centipede. Maybe they were all trying to find warmth with the cooler weather. Catherine was alway helpful with great info planning our trip. Thanks for the great time!"
