"It was a great location for day trips throughout Tuscany. The pool was awesome addition. Would definitely recommend the place."

"The villa was perfect, lots of room for the 5 of us with incredible views over the stunningly beautiful countryside. Comfy beds, a very well equipped kitchen, good wifi and parking right outside. Great communication from the hosts and property manager. The pool was fantastic, we went multiple times a day. The villa is situated in a quiet development of 8 houses, with lots of towns and villages a short drive away, there’s plenty to explore."

"Absolutely delightful home in a breathtaking setting! We were a group of 19 who filled the home beautifully. Our hosts checked in with us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. Try Hotel Roma in Buonconvento for dinner, and be sure to sample gelato at the shop down the street from the hotel! We also enjoyed a wine tasting of the estate wines. Highly recommend this villa!"

The hosts are exceptionally helpful, provided lots of useful information and went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful holiday."

"We had a wonderfull week in Castelrotto. The hole complex is beatiful - we were in la Faginaia house, the location is amazing, you can see Montalcino, and Violante has organize dinner and wine tasting for us. I was several times in Tuscany but this location and the atmosphere was really special. Unfortunately the pool was not open."

Montalcino Villa - Breathtaking Views of the Val d'Orcia

"We recently stayed at Villa Ampella la Torre and have nothing but great things to say. The communication with both the owners and the caretaker before, during and after our visit was exceptional - particularly their care, attention, and advice they gave on visiting local attractions and booking a private chef through the Tuscan Chef (highly recommended). The house is beautifully decorated, new, clean, spacious and well equipped, and the pool there is amazing. While we had a couple of issues with the AC and water supply, these were immediately addressed (despite us saying there was nothing urgent). Their caretaker is so lovely and went out of her way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The only reason we did not rate the location as excellent is due to the distance from other amenities (e.g., groceries, restaurants, etc.), but the property is beautiful and the views are stunning. We would absolutely recommend staying here and hope we have the opportunity to return one day. Sincere thanks to our hosts and Jirina for making this an unforgettable vacation. Grazie mille!"

"A wonderful stay of six nights at the villa just outside Montisi in a beautiful rustic setting. Very clean, as seen in the photos with a new kitchen that has recently been added. Montisi is not too far a drive away to get supplies as/when needed and a great base to explore Tuscany from. Luigi was a fantastic host and there when we needed. We loved the en suite for every bedroom and spent the evenings outside on the terrace. Would absolutely recommend! "
