"Stayex for one night to attend an event- checked in online in advance, arrived a little early so our room was not ready, however, the hotel saved our bag and we went to sit in the bar which wS supposed to open at 2pm. However, we waited and the bar did not open so we went next door and when we turned up at 3 pm there was a big queue. We collected our key and bag and went to our room, which was lovely and big, with a big bathroom including a bath and shower over the bath. No complaints, we did not have breakfast as we thought it was too expensive, £36 for both of us on a discount, so cannot comment on the food. "

"Have stayed at the park plaza many times and put many touring artists up there. It's very convenient for the station and the staff are lovely. The decor is beginning to look a bit tired and there's a lot of construction outside at the moment (hence tiny marks down on one or two areas). All in all, a great hotel with stunning views.
