"My issues started from the VRBO listing. They advertise all the price includes all fees included. False. When booked we got an email that there is a resort fee which was 63 per day per-person which increased the stay by almost 50%. There was also a 3% transaction fee on that as well. We tried to go swimming that evening but the gates were locked. I realized I didn't get a FAB to open the gate. I called the front desk and left a message at around 6:00 pm and asked for a call back.
