"Great place to stay if you are a real ale buff, as there were plenty to choose from. A place with a little history. Would definitely stay there again. "
" The hotel is conveniently located near to the centre of Wolverhampton. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed excellent breakfasts during our stay. We always try to stay here when we are in Wolverhampton."
"This property seems very good for short stays, its just around the railway station and close to an Aldi's. The only thing I didn't like is that they have a washer but not a dryer. Apart from that, we really liked our stay at the Grand Station!"
"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The receptionists were amazing - warm and welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. The bar and waiting staff were also very friendly and efficient. The grounds and the building were beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Huge car park, free on weekends. Easy check-in. We arrived really late which wasn’t our plan & no longer serving food but Courtney (I think) was really helpful, grabbed us some plates & cutlery & pointed us in the direction of takeaway food. Room, lovely the bath was a huge bonus. Bed huge & comfy. Stayed at Coventry Village a couple months ago which was also great. Would definitely recommend & stay again."
"Check in was quick and easy.
I had booked a twin room but on arrival we only had 1 small cup, and 1 pillow on each bed, we were supplied with extras once I went to reception. When making tea we discovered we only had supplies for one each so went without before departure. Room was shabby with broken furniture but beds were comfortable and we had a good night sleep"
"Stayed here for a weekend to be close to friends for a BBQ. The place was perfectly fine - a bit rough round the edges in spots, but nothing major. Had everything we needed and did the job as a base to stay. Would stay again for something similar.

"Great hotel, lovely food and friendly, helpful staff. Lisa remembered us from a previous visit which was so lovely. She was so lovely and gave us good advice on places to visit "
"A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom.
There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent.
Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful."
"Lovely friendly staff. Generally the facilities are good with the exception of the work area. The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. There is also a stool to sit on and again very poor quality and uncomfortable to sit on. I've stayed in single rooms and am satisfied with the rest of the facilities in the room. As a woman who travels alone for work, i feel incredibly safe there with the hotel having cctv in public areas and someone on site all the time. The bar area is very pleasant and welcoming. It will be my go to place, when in in the area, from now on. "
