"the front desk and valet parking employees were EXCELLENT. However the employees who help prepare breakfast were not friendly at all, I would say down right rude. I ask a couple of questions about condiments and drinks, neither lady answered, but just pointed for me in another direction. A smile can go a long way with a guess "
