"Fantastic location in Chocolate Hole. The Villa itself is clean, bright, high-tech and furnished with high-end appliances and thoughtful detail, such as a Keurig cubby upstairs and robes in the closets. The villa is just Steps from a beach to snorkel. Our master bedroom was huge with high ceilings. The master bedroom balcony was spacious and provided a view of the bay. We played many card games at night and sipped coffee in the morning. Snorkel equipment and beach chairs are provided to use. Construction on other villas is ongoing, but was not noisy. Very quiet at night. The entrance road is deceiving, but after the modest gravel road, the beautifully landscaped villas emerge."

"Stayed four days at this beautiful property. Linda met us as we got off the ferry and guided us up to the property and pointed out stores etc. on the way. Due to a storm there was no power the first day, but Linda had bought water and ice bags and found flash light for us, so we were good. Linda was proactive in her communication making sure that we were having a great stay. Well equipped house, including beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. Amazing views from the deck!"

"We have stayed in many VRBO rentals, and this was by far the most exceptional property. The condo is absolutely beautiful, stocked with everything you need and very comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and the patio is wonderful. The owner is very helpful with great communication. We loved it so much we booked again for next year. I can’t imagine staying in any other property in St. John."

"This rental was a perfect fit for us. We love the indoor/outdoor nature of the way its designed and the added comfort of a pool upstairs. We loved the sounds of birds, tree frogs and roosters. Did not use the AC in the bedroom every night but was glad it was there when we wanted it. Only regret was not wearing insect repellent. The screens are efficient, but this is, after all St. John. In fact, everything about this rental is so "st john" --thats why we love it. James is an excellent host and was very helpful when our flight was delayed and the car rental closed before we arrived. He treated us to drinks and gave us a ride back to town when the car rental agency opened in the morning. Great Stay!!"
