Shrugged it off and figured i'd go smell-blind to it within an hour... it never went away and we woke up feeling nauseous. Had the smell not been there, this would have been a 5/5 awesome motel. "

"second time stay here. The location is more scenic compared to the main strip with all the casino and hotels. The property overall is showing sign of age but in overall good shape. We just cared that The staff is helpful."

"This is a perfectly good place to stay in Niagara Falls, without the frenetic activity of the major hotels and at half or a third of the price, depending on when you go. The room is a good size and quite pretty with painted walls and there was a mural in my room, the bed is comfortable, the sheets are clean, and there is a fridge with a decent-sized freezer and a microwave. "The place was clean, quiet and not far from the falls. The man at the front dest was very professionnel. This is our second time to go to the same place. "

"The room was ok. Has a musty smell as it is an old building but tolerable. Sheets were clean. Toilet and washroom were old but clean. Parking is cheap compared to surrounding hotels. The guy who checked us in during the evening time was very nice and accommodating and friendly. Very basic motel, good for a budget weekend getaway with family. Don’t expect fancy equipment, but at least the bed was clean. "

"Very nice home. Beautiful location on the beach. Great games room. Owner was very attentive when we contacted him. Kitchen gas stove is a little old, but works. Soap and shampoo provided in all bathrooms. You’ll need to bring a hairdryer. A warning for those with young children, or those who may over indulge, the deck railing is really low. All in all a very nice place."
