"Nice, modern apartment. Just what we needed for our short stay. The best points were the modern features, ease of access (door code given day of arrival), and air conditioning. The apartment stayed a comfortable temperature despite it being 36 degrees outside! There is plenty of space and storage. Much more pleasant than staying in a cramped hotel room. "We arrived and were met by Mpho, a fantastic representative of the hotel. She was welcoming and professional and really stood out throughout our stay. All the people were brilliant. The hotel is in a brilliant location for all the sights, we walked everywhere with ease. The room was spotlessly clean with good quality products. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked nice and we liked the lounge area. The coffee machine there was not working very well but in the morning you could nip down to the breakfast area for your coffee fix. Great hotel with even better staff. "
