It was a very nice and modern apartment in a quiet area, with fast wifi and all the necessities. Great bathroom and furnishings. Nice little patio and free coffee pods with creamer -- excellent (other than the eternal plastic waste). You may have to hunt for information sometimes, like where the laundry room is (in the garage, available for guests after 15:30). Overall, it's a great option for the area. Nice property. Good location. Good service. Good wifi. Good air conditioning. Convenient to grocery store one block away. Especially Gabor at the front desk was most helpful. Whenever there was a problem and others offered no help, Gabor came personally and solved the problem for me. Excellent health center with nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam. It would be better if they didn't allow the young children in the jacuzzi, but otherwise it was great!

It was nice but the side I slept the noise of the tram was disturbing

I highly recommend! It is a little confusing to navigate the interior of the building with the "reception" located on the mezzanine (up a flight of stairs, through a door & down a hallway) as it is not in the lobby. After my confusion was remedied, I found a beautiful apartment! It was huge, clean & beautifully decorated. Laundry was in my particular room . My only (very small) issue was the wifi was not very strong, but it certainly was not weak either. I brought this up as a polite matter...

Great place for vacation.

Nothing but goods things to say, very pleased

The room was great for our family of four. It was a little small with our luggage but after we unpacked it was fine. The lock on the bathroom door was broken but that being the only thing wrong with the apartment is small. Really nice place and easy to walk to where we wanted to go. 3 coffee shops close made the morning really easy (although some are pricey).

Excellent location. Lidl. Restaurants and shopping mall right there. Excellent access to 2 subway stations within a short walk.

The apartment was so very modern & beautiful and was beyond what we could have expected! The communication truly was awesome as we had a weather delay that made us late for the airport pickup and they helped us get picked up and into our apartment! Please consider this apartment and building should you be thinking of coming to Budapest! It is a lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants and you can get anywhere in the city from this location. There is a convenience store across the street...

The apartment complex is in a great location - so many places to eat and accessible public transportation. The facilities were clean, the staff were welcoming and nice. The rooms were spacious, equipped with kitchens and perfect for families. I would definitely come back to this apartment if I ever go back to Budapest! It was the perfect last "hotel" for this eurotrip - so comfortable!

To me, this property is mislabeled as “K46 Residence.” It sounds like a VRBO-type property where there’s self-check-in, no staff onsite, etc. It’s actually a hotel with a 24x7 desk. We had one of the smaller rooms, but it was clean, spacious and well-equipped. Bedding was iffy; the pillows were small and lumpy. Close to the Metro. Many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores in easy walking distance.

This apartment is very beautiful and doesn't overlook the details, like offering beautiful tea cups/plates, a plentiful tea selection and tasteful old-style furniture. Everything made us feel like we were enjoying a luxury lifestyle, if you can ignore the dust and not as well-maintained condition of the rest of the building. The window does not have a screen, because we kept it wide open to enjoy the view (apt is on the 3rd floor), sunset and nice breeze, I ended up getting a mosquito bite.

Cute place, excellent location, walking distance from a lot of restaurants and interesting places to visit. We walked everywhere! Highly recommend! They do have a washer but no dryer as anywhere else in Europe. And the espresso (pods) machine in the room was definitely a plus! Will come back for sure!
