"This is a lovely grand hotel, you really couldn't get a much better location at the foot of Lake Como. Our room looked directly over the lake, access to the shops and multitude of restaurants took only a few minutes. The hotel had lovely period features, dining room was stunning and our room though on the small side was very cosy, the bed exceptionally comfortable and had more than adequate storage. Breakfast was good and the cleaners did a brilliant job. All in all highly recommended."

"Overall, a great hotel to stay at in Como. The location is perfect, right around wonderful restaurants to eat at, and of course by the harbor for easy access to boat travel. The room was nice and clean as well as a perfect balcony view over the harbor/lake Como itself. Breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly including help with parking. Would definitely recommend if looking for an easy and comfortable hotel to stay at in Como. No complaints. "

"We stayed at this property for an early flight out the next morning. when we arrived at the airport and waited for the shuttle, we missed the first one because the side of the van does not have the hotel name on it. There was a sign on the front dashboard but in the dark, we did not see it. There were several groups at the time that also missed it. The pickup point is easy to find and the shuttle is free but it would be helpful to know ahead of time where to look for the hotel name. Check-in was easy and the room was clean. We had no trouble scheduling the shuttle back to the airport in the morning."

"Really reasonable price for what they offer. Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast, the coffee is so nice! Absolutely gorgeous garden, really peaceful and pretty. Cute pool area. Free shuttle taxi to and from airport, taxis are extortionate so this was a great add on. Really enjoyed my stay. For some reason I can't upload pictures, but the ones on the hotel site are true to reality. Really well kept property "
