"Great stay at Hotel Novit I stayed at Hotel Novit during a quick trip to CDMX and was genuinely impressed. The location is perfect—steps from the WTC and surrounded by great spots to eat. Staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel truly welcome. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi, which added a relaxing touch to the stay. The whole place felt calm, safe, and well maintained. Highly recommended for business or leisure. "The housekeeping and maintenance staff are absolutely the best! I stopped a member of the housekeeping staff in the hallway to ask for some assistance with the climate control in my room. Within 5 minutes there was a maintenance employee at my door with a heater for me. The lobby check in is a bit snobby. But overall everyone was professional and efficient. The facilities need some updating. One electrical outlet in my room wasn't fully attached to the wall and the minibar frig didn't really chill anything. "
