We ordered non spicy pizza and got spicy, bar staff was selective in their attention to different customers, in our case very slow."

"I cannot write enough good words about the staff at this ibis. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. They made us feel like it was home! The cleaning staff did a wonderful job keeping the place clean and tidy! Also the wait staff in the dining area were friendly and attentive and constantly came by clearing plates and dishes. Not to leave out the check/out staff and managers either. They were courteous and friendly as well and made sure our visit was going good every morning. Job well done!!"

"Gorgeous grounds, delicious food at the Cultra Inn Restaurant, and luxurious rooms! I got a suite and it was absolutely stunning! It's a shame I only stayed one night before my flight because it was truly an incredible property! The bathroom was so fancy with a huge immaculate bathtub and separate shower. The bed was tall and huge with giant pillows. The room was massive and had a lounge area and stunning view of the surroundings. The staff was friendly and helpful and professional. I can't complain about this stay."
