"This is our second year staying at this property. The hosts respond quickly, check in and checkout are easy and the accommodations are historical and fun. Each room has a name for a famous person as well as a private bath and the decor is very nostalgic ! There is a full equipped kitchen and a deck that is so relaxing in the evening! New Albany is also far enough from the city with that small town feel, great restaurants and a short walk to see the Ohio river. We will be back again next year! "

"I will have to give this stay a mediocre review. We arrived on Wednesday night, I have to contact the manager for the code to enter. The house looks like the photos with heavy usage. Some examples: the sofa is broken, the gate to the pool is falling off it's hinges, the bedroom downstairs the outlet do not work, the bbq half the burners do not light, curtains falling off the walls..... ect.On Friday morning we have NO hot water !! A handyman came late afternoon and took 3 hours to fix the water heater, but there is a hole in the pipe and we can not use the kitchen sick for the rest of our stay!!! For the cleanness the floors were NOT cleaned and the kids stepped in dogs droppings in the backyard. "

"Second time we’ve stayed and enjoyed the well equipped space, easy parking and convenience access, and the hosts were just as great as they were our first go around. Seems to be a regular stay at Cozy Cottage is forming alongside our annual family-athletics traditions. Will see the cottage again next year!"
