"Management took it upon themselves to send us a "gift basket" for our 50th wedding anniversary. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast staff was quick to remember us (we ate breakfast there every morning). 90% of the places we wanted to eat were within .5 miles, so walking was always an option. The rooms were kept clean and tidy. My only complaint is that the shower stall lacks rails for holding onto, and the tile floor can become slick. Providing a shower mat or its equivalent would solve this issue (in the three "special" exterior rooms."

The room we stayed in was very cozy with the space used efficiently that included a tiny kitchen, fireplace, nice full leather couch, etc. It felt more like a cabin. The breakfast was very good as well. Las Palomas is only a few blocks away from the main town Plaza."
