Nice comfortable place in a great location near the Plaza. Stocked with anything you may need. Hot tub was a bonus. The apartment is on a busy road, but gets quiet in the evening.

An excellent property just minutes away from Downtown Santa Fe! The host was helpful and responsive if we had questions, and the property was full of all the amenities we might need while staying. Absolutely would stay here again.

Lovely stay near the plaza

Great location, clean property, nice amenities. Walking distance to the plaza, canyon road, and many restaurants. The property is on a busy road but it's quiet at night. Peter was an accommodating host and had excellent communication. Highly recommend!

Perfect Santa Fe Stay

This place is so nice and in a great location! The home is very clean and they have thought of every detail. There are tons of blankets and pillows in the closet so you can find exactly what you want. Tons of towels including beach towels to use with the hot tub. Coffee and tea with creamer in kitchen. There were also bottled waters in the fridge which was awesome! It was the perfect place to come home to and relax each night.

Awesome Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! Communication with Peter was great through the whole process, and the property was even more charming than the photos. We had everything we needed, and more. There was a little construction happening on the adjacent street, but it did not bother us with noise or impede our comings and goings. It was great to have parking on-site. For part of our stay I wasn't feeling well, so I was even more glad we had chosen such a comfortable home base. We have some familiarity with Santa Fe, and this property was an easy walk to most things we wanted to do and a short drive for everything else. Thank you for hosting us-- we hope to stay longer, next time!

Great place on busy street!

Very comfortable apartment, easy access to local places in Santa Fe! Bedroom is large, very comfortable bed and adjacent walkin closet. Cupboard for folded clothes. Hot tub in enclosed patio is nice.Kitchen is fine for light cooking and reheating food.A few considerations would be pullout bed replacement, making sure mice have been taken care of and construction on Guadeloupe in front of the building.Peter was very responsive to any issue and took action to solve at the time.We enjoyed being there!

Location: Amazing, very clean, the provided coffee pods, and water were very nice and appreciated (we did pick up more water, you really need to stay hydrated with the elevation)!Bedroom: bed so comfy, lots of pillows to choose from! Bathroom: roomy, shower water pressure and temp was great, towels soft. Hot Tub: well worth the booking! We did not have the road noise people have talked about only the recycle pick up at 3:30AM!! LOLThe instructions provided, from where to park, the TV, thermostat, sound system, etc., were step by step and easy to follow, the door code kept giving us a hard time, (very well could be user error) lolOnly 2 small items for future renters, kitchen is "well equip" but there were no spices(only salt and pepper), no plastic wrap, tin foil or plastic baggies so if you are food shopping keep this in mind, we went to Trader Joes for food and hit the Dollar Store next to it that we picked up those items. Other issue was the couch it was not comfy at all, had a distinct slant to the front like you are sliding off of it, living room chair was better, again not a big deal just a note to future renters. This is a walkable location to the Plaza, the Rail Yard, Canyon Rd may be a little to much only due to how long Canyon Rd is, walk back to the house may be a bit much for some.I would highly recommend this rental! A BIG Thank you to Veronica and Peter!

Great location, cute place!

The location was great, close to everything! Condo was accurately described and has everything you need, just bring your clothes. Hot tub was so nice and easy to use, back patio was a great place to hang out!
