"The decor of the cottage was stunning. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was also really good very near the beach, park, shops and cafes etc. Parking was easy right outside. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed lovely walks along the promenade. A few minor tweaks needed to make this a top class stay. Hairdryer and remote control not working correctly - both need replaced. Sofa was not very comfortable cushions were flat and worn. "We loved staying here, in the quieter area of South Queens ferry. The hotel is a 30 second walk from the bus stop, and close to the airport, which was awesome and made getting around very easy. They also offer free airport shuttle Monday-Friday, which we greatly appreciated. The beds are AMAZING! Everyone warned me Scotland would have awful beds, but Dakota's bedding and mattress were so soft and so comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was wonderful, and the food was top tier. The Sunday Roast was massive, and so incredibly tasty. All of the servers and hostesses in the dining area were phenomenal, as well. The front staff were so sweet and helpful, especially Chloe and Niamh! Chloe spent a lot of time explaining the best ways to get around and what to sight see. They were always pleasant, even when it was crazy busy in the hotel. If I'm fortunate enough to return to Edinburgh, I would 100% stay here again"
