"Hakeem, Michel great at the bar. Lina is the perfect room attendant. Dorian is the best at the Buffett. Nicole is excellent with the coffee shop and food. Been there 4 times. Will be back next year. "

"The room was very clean, but lacked some of the basics. Only one small bar of soap for the bathroom, and one and a half rolls of toilet paper. That being said, it was only a minor inconvenience. We did like having the combo washer and dryer-big plus! The views from our balcony were amazing overlooking our personal favorite beach, Mullet Bay!"

"This is a beautiful, cozy well appointed home. First, beds matter to us. Due to sleep schedules, I had the chance to sleep in the master suite, and the guest beds. All were really comfortable with high end linens and pillows. Second, cleanliness. This unit was spotless. Thoroughly cleaned in every regard. Third, location matters! This is a very safe and convenient location. It is near “hot spots” but out of the worst traffic areas. There are fun spots and phenomenal restaurants within walking distance, although we had a car. We walked at night without hesitation. It is on perhaps THE most beautiful beach on the island. By very late night the tide came in and the beach submerged but for safety reasons no one should be swimming that late (Scuba diving excepted!). After sunset we used the oceanfront pool anyway, it was spotless and not once crowded. Fourth, convenience. It is SO easy to come and go and is near the airport without being too near. Parking is secure and ample. Due to heavy traffic on the island this feature really matters. Getting groceries is a snap when it’s just a few feet from car to elevator to the unit instead of having to walk, shop and carry due to parking issues. Fifth, value. This is a great deal! We’ve stayed at inexpensive places and places that are several thousand a night. Price is relative. This unit is priced very reasonably. Hosts and their local team are super prompt with communication and offer helpful suggestions. We will rent it again!"

"We had an amazing stay at Susan's island home. The location was perfect. The view and the private beach were spectacular!Susan was a wonderful host and communicated extremely well. She was kind enough to make activity and dining recommendations during our stay.Check-in was very smooth and the condo had everything we could possibly need. We can’t wait to go back!"

"This was a beautiful and comfortable unit and was located in a great area of St. Martin where it was central to a lot of places we went. Loved that we had parking and that the building was gated and very safe. It was nice to come back here at the end of the day to relax and sit back. Appreciate the goodies that were left for us. This was a nice, extra touch. Loved all the beach towels and bath towels that were provided. The property manager never got back to me when I informed him that our safes never worked with the key that was provided and to please come to our unit to help us out with it. I texted and also called him on the phone but no reply. Luckily, nothing of value was taken, even when the wonderful Angela came in and cleaned the unit. Please take off the listing that shampoo is provided as there was no shampoo. "

"The staff make this hotel. They are wonderful, polite, engaging and charming. Nothing is too much effort. The beach is stunning and empty and without any hawkers which makes it totally safe to leave your bag by your lounger whilst you swim etc. "
