"Beautiful resort, 3 minutes from the airport with free shuttle service. Kind staff, beautiful infinity pool - no beach access - major beach in walking distance but gets crowded until 3pm - when cruise ships leave. Food was amazing, staff was amazing, rooms had blackout curtains. Nice but small gym. Only 5 floors."

"Huge cockroaches (found one crawling on our toothbrushes) also in buffet area, tried to tell front desk but they didn’t seem to care. All of us except one got very ill, spent whole travel day home in any bathroom we could find and daughter threw up on the plane. I can see the hotel is trying but when you spend $500+ a night you expect more. Good pool and drinks and it’s nice of them to let you explore property early before your room is ready."

"Flew in from JFK and was great! Hotel is very close to airport. Planes fly over very close all day long. You could even walk to the airport to the hotel if you wanted to. Beach is beautiful and the pool was awesome. Rooms have kitchens in them and there was a grocery store right across the street. Liquor store is a two minute walk. Restaurant on the property food was great; service was a little slow but when sitting watching the waves crash was relaxing. Plenty of pool chairs."

"View and beaches are great and the staff mostly helpful. Food was just okay, even as an Ocean Point guest. Ru and Domenica (DD) were great servers, attentive and truly kind."

"This property is outdated. It smells funny. The bathrooms have mold and are dirty. The bed feels like you're sleeping on a sleeper sofa and the linens are thin and terrible. The pillows are the size of throw pillows. They had a dehumidifier running in the unit and it was clearly trying to combat a mildew issue. I would never stay at this property ever again."

"Great location, 6 minute walk to Simpson bay beach, 10 minute walk to Maho beach, 15 minute walk to Maho village shopping, bars and restaurants. Felt safe with security booth to enter area. Great views from deck.Quiet area. Host was friendly and available as needed, quick communication. Air conditioning was good. Ceiling fan does not work and a cabinet needs new hinges. Could use another dish towel. "

"The location was very good. Located right by the Sunset Beach Bar and the arrival of the planes. The unit, itself, was great. Roomy for two. Nice patio area to watch the planes. The people that work in the building were very obliging and hospitable."

"The room was great. The area that needs improvement is providing the name of the property and the address. Those were difficult to get. The only way that we got that information was from the owner of the room. It is not listed on the website for the property. If it is, it is very difficult to find. Arriving on the weekend is tough. There wasn’t any administration or front office that was staffed. "
