"This property is outdated. It smells funny. The bathrooms have mold and are dirty. The bed feels like you're sleeping on a sleeper sofa and the linens are thin and terrible. The pillows are the size of throw pillows. They had a dehumidifier running in the unit and it was clearly trying to combat a mildew issue. I would never stay at this property ever again."

"Great location, 6 minute walk to Simpson bay beach, 10 minute walk to Maho beach, 15 minute walk to Maho village shopping, bars and restaurants. Felt safe with security booth to enter area. Great views from deck.Quiet area. Host was friendly and available as needed, quick communication. Air conditioning was good. Ceiling fan does not work and a cabinet needs new hinges. Could use another dish towel. "

The only way that we got that information was from the owner of the room. It is not listed on the website for the property. If it is, it is very difficult to find. Arriving on the weekend is tough. There wasn’t any administration or front office that was staffed. "
