"Rook was dirty, AC didn’t work, bed was crunchy noises when sleeping, the rain shower head didn’t work, the ceiling was falling down where the AC was. Service at breakfast at ocean terrace was awful. Servers do not communicate when seating people and seated us at a table that already had people seated at and they were at the buffet getting their plate. Service at lunch was not good. I will be sending a formal complaint to Sonesta regarding our issues. For $700/night the room better be clean and service impeccable. I’ve had better service and cleanliness at a holiday inn. The Maho beach was nice, and being near airport was a plus. "

"Flew in from JFK and was great! Hotel is very close to airport. Planes fly over very close all day long. You could even walk to the airport to the hotel if you wanted to. Beach is beautiful and the pool was awesome. Rooms have kitchens in them and there was a grocery store right across the street. Liquor store is a two minute walk. Restaurant on the property food was great; service was a little slow but when sitting watching the waves crash was relaxing. Plenty of pool chairs."

"Mark is a great host and answered questions quickly upon arrival.The apartment is well located in Maho within 5 minutes of Maho Beach and the blast experience from aircraft taking off. Its a 15 minute walk to the airport, and bars and restaurants are all within 5 minutes walking.I highly recommend staying here for an affordable holiday with all the conveniences. "

The beds are incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms are spotless, and the common area is perfect for relaxing. And the patio… the view is absolutely stunning! It’s both peaceful and inviting.The location is ideal, with restaurants, shops, and a grocery store all conveniently located right in Maho Village. It’s a wonderful area for rest, relaxation, and enjoying all the comforts of home wrapped into one."
