"Disgusting property. Room had mildew guess that’s why they had humidifiers in room. Dead bugs everywhere. Jet planes taking off right next door not a half mile away. If you like dirty hotels with no beach and breathing in jet fuel while sitting around a pool area that hasn’t been upgraded since the 60’s this place is for you "

"This property was great. We wanted to be able to walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and casino, and this was a easy walk to all. The hill up to the house with groceries would have been a challenge but we had a car luckily. The upper deck/patio was very comfortable and relaxing. We were out and about most days, however when we wanted to sit back and stay inside, we did find the couches to be older and uncomfortable. But we didn't mind, we enjoyed the great weather and stayed on the upper deck watching the planes take off and land over the beach. We came to this area specifically for the beach and airplane experience. Great location and property !"

"The property was very nice and the location was all that. Fritz was a great host and checked on me throughout my stay. The location is a stroll to Maho beach and literally around the block from the airport. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Fritz for everything. "
