"I’m disappointed to have to leave a negative review because the hospitality and location at 14 Mullet Bay were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed by the quality and cleanliness of the room and facilities. There was a strong mildew odor, and sewage smell, it was noticeable that pets had previously stayed in the room also. The room also appeared to need some maintenance and updating. That said, I truly appreciated the kind and attentive customer service."

"Beach was great! Not real big , but not overcrowded. Easy to get beach chairs and umbrella. Great location! Bars and good restaurants very walkable."

"Great place. Balcony with hammock was nice. Very spacious and clean. Free parking right outside. Easy to get in and out and seemed like a secure neighborhood. Negatives would be water pressure is only ok. It’s not bad but I’d say it’s like a 6/7. You also have to go through an arm gate to get in and out. The guy is usually around and I felt more secure with it but it’s worth noting. Overall it’s a great stay and I even saved for later. Would definitely return. "

The hosts are fantastic, with excellent, thoughtful communication that makes everything seamless.The condo is beautiful, well-maintained, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—always a highlight when traveling.It truly feels like a little slice of paradise. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it."

"Mark is a great host and answered questions quickly upon arrival.The apartment is well located in Maho within 5 minutes of Maho Beach and the blast experience from aircraft taking off. Its a 15 minute walk to the airport, and bars and restaurants are all within 5 minutes walking.I highly recommend staying here for an affordable holiday with all the conveniences. "
