"For sure not a 4 stars hotel. Confused and unprofessional staff and promised services not available for the most. Restaurant inside hotel very poor, breakfast good for a two stars hotels. Air conditioning impossible to stop from the room. Baby club only few hours for day and very questionable. "

has a whirlpool, jacuzzi, and wet & dry saunas available on request but monitored to ensure they’re not too busy. Dining was excellent. I am celiac/gluten-free and staff ensured I was kept safe. "If you need to relax in an amazing hotel and beautiful landscape, we can highly recommend montebelli. It’s quiet, it’s peaceful and the staff is extraordinary friendly. We had a great time. The main Tuscan tourist spots are about 1.5-2 hours by car, but you can explore a lot of beautiful spots nearby. The restaurant is also good. "
