"We stayed for one night we came to Philadelphia to a concert. It was a mother-daughter trip. It was four of us two adults two teens. We did the two queen bedroom city view. The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean no issues and the room came with one robe already in it we asked for three additional robes. They brought them up with no issue. Also, we arrived a little early on check-in and they held out bags downstairs for us while we went and did other thingsand our train was later checking out on checkout day, and they also held our bags until we were ready to pick them up. If I come back to Philly, and I want to stay in that area. I will definitely come back to the W."

"Great location and very helpful staff. Our room had a fantastic view of city hall. I only gave 4 stars because the air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep, and the bathroom door could have used a wipe down."
