This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.

This is my second stay on this trip to Cusco due to the Machu Picchu excursion. I gotta mention this place is equipped with Smart TVs, so important to many of you and great breakfasts!! Again Marjory and Yohan are so friendly and extremely attentive to customers needs!!

This hotel is baller. The room I was given was huge and looked like an art gallery. The decor was totally my vibe, and I loved the two balconies with the carved wooden doors. The bed was super comfy and humongous, and the pillows were soft and fluffy. There is an overhead heat panel for when it gets cold at night too. The bathroom is nice and has a waterfall shower. The hotel was exactly as presented in terms of quality and guest ratings as a top level 5 star hotel. Stayed 3 nights for an anniversary trip to Machu Pichu and would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for this level of hotel property.

We had a fantastic and memorable experience at the Belmond Monasterio. From the moment we arrived to beyond when we had departed, the Monasterio provided us with the best possible service and left us wishing we had spent more time there. Staff is awesome from the moment you arrive to the hotel. They will receive you with the coca tea. Food in the restaurant was delicious and healthy. They have vegetarian and gluten-free options. Hotel grounds are is spacious and beautiful. There is a train station in hotel grounds.

We spent a total of 4 nights at Cooper hotel boutique. Service was excellent, location was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding! It is a very cute place in the heart of the tourist district. It is on a busy street so it was a bit noisy. I’d definitely stay here again if I find myself in Cusco again.

This hotel is excellent is you want to stay and Cusco and be close to the tours and restaurants. I would recommend is to avoid the rooms outside of the main rooms. They are located near the dining area. They are older and colder than the newer rooms. They are also more remote from the rest of the hotel. The Hotel accomodations were excellent and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful for any needs. The “air conditioning “ was only a heater but in the winter that was fine. Summertime may be a different story. All-in-all I was very pleased and would stay there again. The location is great- so close to Plaza De Armas. Breakfast was greasy and delicious every day.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Cusco center, close to restaurants and coffee shops. It is clean and cozy. The very best part of our stay was extremely helpful staff going above and beyond to make our trip so enjoyable: they were helping with COVID tests, contacting tour operators, calling taxi etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose it again !
