Felt like the staff was afraid to be in control, they were even taking food and drinks right out of the snack room instead of paying. Not to mention NO PARKING!! The parking lot was so full with visitors/friends of the people staying...they didn't even have a room but just there to hang out. It was definitely out of control! "

"The room we stayed in was in disrepair. Carpet was worn, ceiling had an unsuccessful repair to a leak from the roof. A complete failure compared to a stay at any holiday inn express. As an IHG member I was provided with complimentary water so that was a plus. Staff were polite and professional at the lobby. The cafe is less than desirable and should be properly cleaned. Paying $4 for cold coffee and no real creamer is not what I call hospitality."

"This place was excellent, the location is perfectly centered next to Southpoint and Lincoln Avenue, along with Whole Foods right across the street. Everything was fantastic other than the 3 day fire alarm, that was miserable 3 out of the 10 days I stayed. I wish I was informed before."
