"Hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was the restaurant. We waited 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches, had to track down someone for coffee refill, no ice or glass offered for soda and no bill until we walked around to find. Was going to tip less than normal but they added an 18% "service" charge for bad service. Food was good but all the other issues left bad taste in our mouths"

"It is a filthy hotel in a bad part of miami. I did not feel safe there. There was mold in the room and the ceiling was wet and looked like it was about to fall apart. I would not recommend staying here. "

"This was a wonderful place to spend time with our four adult children! The beds were very comfortable & the privacy of the backyard with pool and hot tub added to the relaxing experience! Ketty was quick to respond to any questions & was very helpful! It was a great value for the money! "

"Airport shuttle was quick. Hotel recently remodeled. Lobby lovely. Room was clean and updated. Pool view room was a view of a wall. Room 246. Should not be booking that room. Pool is under construction. Coffee maker did not work. Water pressure was very minimal. Would not stay here again especially for the price. Would not recommend. The girl at the front desk did get us a complimentary coffee after I informed her that our coffee pot was not working."
