"Warm friendly welcome from staff. Gal had to fix our tv took her 1 minute lol. I write a LOT of reviews because we travel 8-10 months a year for my hubbys job. Today I called the union hall to advertise for this hotel because a LOT of construction workers come to work at Cleveland Cliiffs 15 minutes away, I usually wouldn’t go sooo out of my way, but they’re such nice people. Had an issue with new debit card because we’re from Chicago and they worked with my husband. I'm disabled and it’s hard to move with a service animal etc.. they were great. The union is going to use them for all future traveling jobs to Cleveland Cliffs. They DESERVE THE BUSINESS! SUPER CLEAN AND SUPER QUIET… "

"I enjoy staying at the Embassy Suite by Hilton. The staff at the front are very helpful and check in was fast and professional and most of all pleasant to talk to. The room was clean and comfortable. I also had breakfast and the workers where also very nice and polite even the ones that cleaned the tables. I recommend it to anyone who needs a great safe hotel.
