"Had a great stay here. Our room turned out to look over Matthew St. Room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was awesome. They even stored our luggage for us after check out until late that evening when we got back to Liverpool from a day trip. We tried to stay an extra night, but they were booked up. So, the recommended a great hotel only about a block away."

"Lovely entrance with friendly professional reception staff. Great welcome and good directions to our room. Lift which is small but always good to have. Room was lovely, good beds and spotless bedding, pillows and towels. Bedroom and bathroom very clean even the window ledges were very clean. Very comfortable with chairs and a table so that we could enjoy the fantastic sea view. Table with kettle (very clean) and tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Good size TV with usual channels and some Sky channels. Wardrobe and bedside tables with touch lamps. Couldn't ask for anything better."

Shampoo and body wash in the shower was the best I’ve ever used in hotels! Small ironing board which was useful and comfy bed. Only thing to note, room got very hot at night."
