Wonderful hotel with delicious tasting menu and kind staff

The apartment is located in the shopping center, Liverpool One, which, while not unique (the ubiquitous Starbucks, Zara, etc.) , is convenient for getting to the local museums, Magical Mystery Tour, restaurants (we recommend Cosy, right next door), etc.

Everyone was very friendly, great sized rooms with kitchenettes, large bathrooms. Sadly very large variability in pricing when there are events at the racecourse. I understand if course, but price tripled when there was an event.

Almost everything about this stay was excellent. I would say that some of the interior is in need of maintenance (sagging floors) and one bathroom was tight spacing. The parking was not available but we were able to get parking nearby.

Greet location

We had some difficulty finding the check-in desk and ultimately had to ask a local authority who remarked about the lack of signage and how no one could find it, and then pointed out a nondescript door with no markings (!?). Once we did locate it, we were greeted by a helpful and polite clerk, then taken to our room which was really more of a full-sized apartment located down the street and up two flights of stairs. The confusion/inconvenience aside, the room was fine. Not brand new, but clean...

Despite being right in the very centre of Liverpool the staff were so helpful in making access and parking easy. They were so helpful! And room was nicely laid out and efficient.

The property itself is a destination. Great views great proximity to area attractions. Units are large and very spacious. We loved the experience would go back 100%.

Spacious apartments with reasonably well-stocked kitchens. The building has some wear and tear on it. Great location for getting to the docks or plenty of restaurants.

Very nice, I really recommend this property.
