The booking was made with laundry access in mind. Both floors had one washing machine out of action. The following day my washing machine failed, putting on a 15 minute wash became 90 minutes with no spin and then on spin separately that failed. "Great location as its central to most things, had an apartment and depending on where bedroom was it was either quiet or noisy but being central to liverpool city centre you expect this. Very clean and tidy apartment that was easy to access for 9 of us. Stayed for two nights and enough towels and toilet rolls.... just.... to keep going. Well stocked clean kitchen with utensils and cooking items with fridge, microwave and iron etc. Toiletries you must bring yourself. Anyway an odd stain on the...

"Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. "

"definitely one of the better apartment options amongst a sea of indifference and beaucoup chateau du merde. quite well equipped and furnished. decent bedding and towels. good wifi. Quiet but close to L1 "

"Check-in instructions were difficult, had to request information several times. Once inside, the sofabed was broken. There were two of us, and I planned to sleep on the sofabed. I ended up booking a different hotel room nearby. Hotels.com argued with us and finally gave us a small compensation for our inconvenience but not enough to cover another room. Not a good experience. Terrible PR by the company."

"Really good property for groups! Spotless and couldn’t do anything more to help us Just an FYI as mentioned on other reviews, you may need ear plugs as there is quite a busy street down below. "This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. The rate quoted was also deceptive since double that amount was taken in fees and taxes. I missed that so thats on me but the...

"Could not check in until 4pm. The beds in the apartment were bought in lKEA and not assembled properly as a result the slats didnt hold the mattress ended ip in the floor. No wifi or router in the apartment. The television cables were ripped off. We had to go ask for towels and TP. The apartment was clean. Seems like they manage several properties so the pictures on line was not out accommodations. I tried calling the desk never answer. "
